You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract. Institutional clients may be subject to additional verification requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. All account activity is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
All trades are executed at prevailing market prices. Past performance does not guarantee future results. AlgovoFX does not provide financial advice.
Applicable fees are disclosed on our Fees page. AlgovoFX reserves the right to modify fee schedules with 14 days advance notice.
AlgovoFX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in George Town, Grand Cayman.
